On approval of Calendar Plan of major election activities

On the approval of Calendar Plans of major activities for the early election of deputies of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the fifth convocation

In compliance with sub-clause 1 of article 12 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16 November 2011 No. 175 the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan has decreed: 

1. To approve the attached: 
1) Calendar Plan of major activities for the election of deputies of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the fifth convocation to be elected based on party lists on 15 January 2012 (annex 1); 
2) Calendar Plan of major activities for the election of deputies of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the fifth convocation to be elected by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan on 16 January 2012 (annex 2). 

2. To send this resolution to oblasts, cities of Astana and Almaty election commission to ensure organization and conduct of election. 

3. To publish this resolution in mass media.
