Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On regular election of deputies of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on adoption of the Calendar plan of major activities for the regular election of deputies of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In compliance with sub-clause 2 of article 44, clause 1 of article 63 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, articles 85, 87 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” I DECREE: 
Based on sub-clause 14 of article 12, sub-clause 1 of clause 1 and clause 2 of article 101 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan has decreed: 
1. To set a date of regular election of deputies of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan as on 15 January 2012. 
2. To approve the attached Calendar Plan of major activities for the regular election of deputies of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to be held on 15 January 2012. 
3. To send this resolution to oblasts, cities of Astana and Almaty election commissions to ensure preparation for and conduct of election. 
4. To publish this resolution in mass media.
